This blog is somewhat inevitable. We both love books, I (Jacob) am Dutch, and we are both very opinionated. So when we heard that we could get free books (appealing both to the bibliophile and Dutch aspects) in exchange for giving our honest opinions on said free books, it was a no-brainer! In addition, we have long discussed the notion of starting a blog where we could both discuss different topics, so having books to review will hopefully give us direction in this regard!
Why the name 'Uncle and Aunty Chicken'? Ask our nieces and nephews that question, because for whatever reason, that is the nickname they have given us and it has stuck.
Look for our first review to come once we get our first book!
